Maccabi Ramat Hasharon Women

A.S Ramat Hasharon is an Israeli basketball club in the Women's Basketball Premier League and one of the leading basketball teams in Israel since the 1990s. The team won the Israel Championship six times and the State Cup six times and is one of the two Israeli women's teams that reached the final stage of a European event. The group's home hall is the "Oranim" hall in Ramat Hasharon.

In the club's app, you can receive the team's training schedule, train with teammates in athletic development training, communicate with the coaching staff, watch game summaries, enjoy challenges, and more!

The coaching staff brings participation, fun, competition, and energy to the court. Along with diversity and training, competitions, games, and many of the stages, there is a lot of learning, gaining self-confidence, and experiencing success for each player.

The training program in the app includes strengthening athleticism and mental training from the strength & conditioning coaches in the Premier League. It will teach you which components and additional principles pro athletes use.

In addition, you can follow and see your progress. The coaches will monitor your loads and improvement as players and athletes!
