We’re Romi and Danielle—twin sisters from Tel Aviv.


Yes, we love doing everything together. No, we don’t always dress the same (well… sometimes we do 😊).


Fitness and healthy living have always been central to our lives.
Today, we focus mainly on weightlifting—and no, we are not bodybuilders 😅. In recent years, we’ve discovered just how powerful strength training can be for women—especially as a tool for body sculpting and maintaining healthy lifestyle.

It wasn’t always this way.


We used to feel intimidated by weights and gym equipment. In the past, we tried many different types of exercise—artistic gymnastics, dance, running, and studio workouts. But now we know: strength training is the most effective way to transform your body composition, build lean muscle, and boost confidence and discipline.

We are constantly learning, growing, and deepening our expertise.
