I started my athletic career since I can remember, I was involved in every sport, (basketball, football, martial arts, tennis and more) I was a very curious child.

After the experience I gained as an athlete, I started my career as a coach (over 10 years ago) and continued on the same path - I spent thousands of hours researching training in different and varied ways.

Thanks to that, I got into a field called "Ninja" - and it changed my life.

Ninja, a field that involves all the elements involved in physical fitness and Sports. Thanks to Ninja I was able to produce a unique training method that can suit any athlete and any trainee who just wants to get better and stronger in a very fast, efficient and focused time while maintaining enjoyment along the way.
