Hi, I'm Gal.

I've been in the world of sports since I was 6 — a former professional tennis player, now a coach who lives and breathes movement.
After years of struggling with knee pain, herniated discs, and back issues, I rebuilt my body through research, discipline, and smarter training.

Now, I help others do the same.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve guided 100+ clients toward pain-free movement, consistent training, and real athletic progress.
