With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Ayer brings deep professional experience in aerobic conditioning, strength development, swimming, and performance training.

She has coached individuals and groups across Israel, led corporate wellness programs, and today operates from the Gush Etzion area, focusing on structured, diverse, and sustainable training processes.


👩‍🏫 About Me

My journey into fitness started during my national service in Tel Aviv, working at a special education school.
The physical education teacher noticed my passion for movement and suggested I enroll in a fitness instructor course at Wingate Institute.

While studying Neuroscience at university, I began working in a gym as a trainer.
What started as a student job quickly became a lifelong profession.

Over the years, I’ve instructed swimming, running, spinning, and aerobic training programs.
I’ve worked with large organizations including the Israel Electric Corporation, Mekorot, and multiple high-tech companies, helping implement structured health and wellness initiatives.

Later, I transitioned fully into Physical Education as my primary profession.

Today, I coach a wide range of ages and fitness levels, always adapting programs to each individual’s ability, age, and physical condition.
