Studio and gym instructor with a bachelor's degree in physical education, specializing in posture and core muscle training.
I focus on coaching women — especially moms — with personalized programs designed for the unique needs of the female body, including postpartum recovery, pelvic floor strength, hormonal balance, and building sustainable fitness habits.


💬 My Story

Hi, I’m Maayan — a trainer who’s been where many women find themselves after giving birth.
A body that doesn’t feel like your own. Symptoms, discomfort, exhaustion, and a belly that just doesn’t look the same.

Instead of accepting that as “the new normal,” I chose to dig deep and rebuild — physically, emotionally, and professionally.

I created a program that was born from my own healing process — one that understands a postpartum body needs something different:

For the past three years, I’ve been guiding women through their journey — not just with workouts, but with real transformation.
