My journey in fitness began at a young age with a deep curiosity about the human body—how it works, how it gets stronger, and how we can train smarter. I have over 14 years of experience in bodyweight and calisthenics training, combined with a strong foundation in physiotherapy.
After 7 years of training, I became a certified coach, and later completed a degree in physiotherapy to better support athletes and clients in injury prevention and smart progression.
I believe that true progress comes from consistency, personal attention, and a deep understanding of the body.
