👤 About Me

I’ve been in motion my entire life.

As a child, I was sent to an athletics club and never left.
I competed for Israel for many years, won numerous competitions, and still hold two Israeli national records.

In high school, I already completed my fitness instructor certification.
After retiring from competitive athletics following my military service, I transitioned into coaching full time.

For me, coaching is not just a profession.
It’s a continuation of who I am.

I live and breathe sport, and I genuinely love working with people.
