It started with Muay Thai and bodyweight training during my military service.
I was skinny, so I joined the gym to get stronger.
After a few years, I realized chasing another centimeter on my arm wasn’t enough.
I wanted something that would challenge me long term.
That’s when I discovered functional training and CrossFit.
Since then, there hasn’t been a single week without training.
Shifting from aesthetic goals to performance goals changed everything for me.
