The training program will significantly and professionally improve your 3000 Km run in a short period of three months!

 

The program combines two to three running workouts per week.

Among them are interval runs, long runs, uphill training, and a variety of other running training in different styles that will bring you to the peak of your running ability at the end of the three months in the program.

The program is suitable for:

A military officer who trains for formations or is sorted into elite units for fighters who serve in the army and need to improve their 3000 runs for the physical fitness tests

The training is adapted for those with fundamental physical fitness up to those with high physical fitness!
