Maintaining strong joints is always a continuous process and we cannot shy away from taking care of our tendons, ligaments, and muscles

Now that you have created a strong base for yourself, it’s time to bump up the intensity and bit, change your routine, and continue to build the bulletproof knees you need for longevity on the court!

The course is divided into 2 parts:

- The training program consists of 3 weekly workouts, that last for 4 weeks and it focuses on strength, explosive power, work on the stabilizers, movement patterns that will bring you to a better movement position, and more!

 

- A series of exclusive content that will improve you as an athlete, trainer, and a more educated healthy person, we will talk about; How to manage fatigue properly, how much, when, and why we must drink, the importance of training equipment and accessories, tips for orienting training and its effectiveness and more!
