10 weeks program that will get you stronger and in shape for next season
You’ll train 3 times a week in the gym with structured strength workouts, along with a weekly aerobic session.
The program evolves as you progress, with changes and upgrades along the way to keep your body adapting and improving.
The recommended weekly schedule is built into the program — designed for optimal progress and to prevent overtraining
If your schedule requires back-to-back strength sessions, it's recommended to pair an upper body workout on one day and a lower body workout on the next — you'll still have access to every workout, even if it's not scheduled for that day.
Each week includes a unique aerobic workout — you can also perform it as a basketball session. Full instructions are included.
This isn’t just a one-time plan — once you get it, you can repeat it every off-season.
