HOOPERS' Off-season S&C

The goal of this program is to fully prepare your body for next season — building muscle mass, strength, explosive power, athleticism, and mobility.

You’ll train 3 times a week in the gym with structured strength workouts, along with a weekly aerobic session.
The program evolves as you progress, with changes and upgrades along the way to keep your body adapting and improving.


📅 Weekly Schedule Guidelines

  • The recommended weekly schedule is built into the program — designed for optimal progress and to prevent overtraining

  • If your schedule requires back-to-back strength sessions, it's recommended to pair an upper body workout on one day and a lower body workout on the next — you'll still have access to every workout, even if it's not scheduled for that day.

  • Each week includes a unique aerobic workout — you can also perform it as a basketball session. Full instructions are included.
