The program is suitable for the exerciser who wants to level up in leg exercises; it is good because it combines strength building with a proper movement culture.

The program works according to 3 times a week and on rest days, a body opening training mobility for the whole body that teaches us how to open the body

The program can be performed almost anywhere, preferably in the gym to create a proper training framework and culture,
No machines are needed but only added weight

Those who follow the program properly and are attentive to the instructions will see a significant improvement in the muscle mass in the legs
The strength and flexibility component will develop as a result of working in full ranges, giving up a culture of movement understanding to prevent unnecessary injuries.
