Designed specifically for basketball players during the off-season, this structured 8-week program offers 6 weekly workouts that combine strength development and athletic performance work.

Whether you're a guard, forward, or center — this is your foundation for a stronger, faster, more confident return to the court.


📌 Key Focus Areas:

🏋️‍♂️ 3 Strength Workouts / Week:
Upper and lower body strength training to develop core stability, reduce injury risk, and support vertical jumping, contact play, and movement control.

⚡ 3 Athletic Development Workouts / Week:
Including plyometrics, agility drills, speed & neuromuscular training — to improve explosiveness, direction changes, reaction time, and court control.
