Off-Season Workout Program U14

During the program, we will improve strength, explosive strength, muscle endurance, cardio, endurance, agility, speed and more!



The course is divided into 2 parts:

 

Part One:

4 weekly training program includes workouts a week.

After several training sessions, you will feel the improvement in the physical and mental aspects and, of course - the improvement on the field!

 

*The exercises in the training program can be adjusted according to the level of the trainee!

Second part:

Every week you will receive a series of exclusive content that will improve you as an athlete and a trainee.
we will talk about; Understanding the
correct training process, how to train according to the personal level, when and how much to eat, how to stay in a constant improvement trend, tips and more!
