This is your opportunity to train smarter while others take a break.
Over 8 structured weeks, you will complete 6 weekly workouts designed to build a solid athletic foundation and prepare your body and mind for competition.
The program includes 3 strength training sessions and 3 athletic ability sessions per week, each carefully crafted to meet the needs of youth football players.
🏋️ Strength Training (3/week):
Focus on core, upper and lower body strength to improve posture, reduce injury risk, and create a powerful base for explosive movement.
⚡ Athletic Training (3/week):
Includes agility drills, plyometrics, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction — everything a modern footballer needs to control the game and outperform the opponent.
Each week, you’ll receive a structured workout plan via the BodyPro app, complete with videos, step-by-step instructions, and performance tracking.
The plan progresses weekly to help you grow stronger, faster, and more confident — one session at a time.
