This program is designed for teenagers aged 12–18 who:

  • Are overweight and want to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way

  • Are underweight and want to gain weight and build muscle safely

  • Struggle with body image issues and want to improve their self-confidence

  • Experience low self-esteem due to their appearance

  • Have difficulty forming friendships or relationships because of how they look

  • Want to feel accepted, strong, and capable

  • Need tools for building discipline, focus, and a sense of personal achievement

  • Want to get into better shape and reach military fitness standards

  • Seek guidance and support to feel good about themselves — inside and out


📋 What does the program include?

  • 🍽️ Personalized Nutrition Plan – tailored to the teen's lifestyle, preferences, and goals

  • 🏋️‍♂️ Home-friendly workout guidance – with video demonstrations and step-by-step support

  • 🍎 Daily food recommendations:

    • What to eat at school (lunch & snacks)

    • What to eat at home (even in busy households)

    • What to eat during weekends, holidays, and social outings

  • 🍫 Yes, even sweet treats – with smart strategies to stay on track

  • 🔬 Hormonal balance approach – regulate hunger, satiety, and energy through proper nutrition

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent involvement – especially with food shopping and home support

  • 💬 1-on-1 emotional and motivational support throughout the journey


🔍 Tracking & Support:

  • ✅ WhatsApp access for questions, updates, and motivation (6 days/week)

  • 📉 First month: Daily progress tracking

  • 📊 After first month: Weekly weight checks + Monthly body measurements

  • 📸 Progress photos & visual documentation

  • 📞 Monthly Zoom check-in with the parent and teen – evaluate progress and make adjustments

  • 🧠 Behavioral & emotional support for long-term change

  • ✍️ Plan adjustments based on real-life challenges, food preferences, or emotional blocks

  • 👪 Parent–Coach–Teen collaboration for maximum success
