Advanced Athletic Explosiveness Power - The training program is suitable for advanced athletes or high-level trainees who want to experience the training level of a true athlete at the highest levels.

 

The program focuses on improving strength, jumping abilities, and other elements that every basketball player or professional athlete must improve!

 

The structure of the course is divided into 2:

The first part is the training program that includes 4 weekly workouts starting with 2 bursting and fast strength workouts and 2 athletic ability development workouts

 

The second part consists of exclusive content by Roi, in which he will teach you tips and practical tools for achieving the best results.

 

You will feel much more robust, explosive, and fast at the end of the program, with a much higher jumping ability and a more athletic body.
