Football Strength & Endurance

My main goal is to get my trainees into the "Zone”

 

During the course we will improve strength, explosive strength, muscle endurance, cardio, endurance, agility and more!



The course is divided into 2 parts:

 

Part One:

The weekly training program includes 3 mandatory strength training + 1 athletic ability training + cardio endurance training.

After several training sessions, you will feel the improvement in the physical and mental aspect and of course for the footballers between us - the improvement on the field!

 

*The exercises in the training program can be adjusted according to the level of the trainee!

Second part:

A series of exclusive contents that will improve you as an athlete, trainee and a more educated healthy person, we will talk about; Understanding the correct training process, how to train according to the personal level, when and how much to eat, how to stay in a constant improvement trend, tips and more!
