Muscle Mass & Strength Developing

The main goal of the course is to increase muscle mass, develop strength and explosive power in the various muscles, and improve the stability of the body joints.

 

The course is suitable for any trainee with a training background in the gym and for athletes who want to take themselves a few steps forward and improve the quality and potential hidden in them.

 

The training program is divided into training A and training B.

And perform it 2-5 times a week.

 

The workouts are done in the gym or in a well-equipped workout studio.

 

At the end of the course, you will increase muscle mass, strengthen all muscles, learn new techniques, and the broader movement of the joints that will help prevent future injuries and build a solid body base.

In addition, you will receive new tools and abilities that you can use in other training.
