Want to reach the high levels? To be athletic like professional players?

It's time to train like athletes and do the training of professional basketball players.

 

My training method focuses on improving strength, explosive power, athletic abilities, and anaerobic capacity.

The workouts include work on the lower and upper body together but are divided into linear and multi-directional days.

After the course, you will feel a significant improvement in your physical abilities, and in your abilities on the field!

The course is divided into 2 parts:

Part One:

The training program consists of 4 to 5 weekly trainings in the gym, for 4 weeks and the trainings will focus on strengthening typical weaknesses for athletes and the trainings will include general preparation for training, movement skills, plyometric or agility work, strength work and explosive strength work.

 

Part Two:

A series of exclusive content that will improve you as an athlete, exerciser and a more educated healthy person, we will talk about mental preparation, different preparation methods, tips for improvement and constant progress; Physically and mentally, tips on nutrition, muscle mass and more!
